Before starting CoCo, I have already own several businesses in Thailand. My businesses include running “Mugendai,”one of the most premium Japanese restaurant in Bangkok, and several import/export businesses with products ranging from beauty, consumer and hardware.

 

Before starting CoCo, I have already own several businesses in Thailand. My businesses include running “Mugendai,”one of the most premium Japanese restaurant in Bangkok, and several import/export businesses with products ranging from beauty, consumer and hardware.

In 2010, I visited Taiwan on one my business trips and noticed CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in the Xin-Yi area of Taiwan near Taipei 101. Its store design is simple and clean yet colorful and inviting. I passed by it several times and CoCo always has a long line of customers in front, I decided that I wanted to give it a try.

After interviewing with CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice, I knew it is customer-oriented, seeing customers value as top priority.  It develops new products and adjusts menus each season to fit customers’ tastes.  Being a customer and restaurant owner, I believe that hygiene is the most important principle for Food and Beverage industry.  Once I stepped into CoCo stores, I found CoCo emphasized the cleanness of their stores, and acted as a gatekeeper for food safety.  It coincided with my idea and accelerated the cooperation between us.

With the joint venture model, CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is in the same boat with us. The strong and professional management team of CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice gives me full support and enables me to concentrate on store operation.  It reminds me paying attention to various aspects and making efforts to provide customers with high quality drinks!
